I was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community, including managing the moderation of content, responding to user inquiries, and moderating conflicts between users. I also monitored user activity, promoted positive community engagement, and implemented strategies to promote a healthy and active community. In addition, I worked with the team to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure online environment. My role also included staying up to date with the latest online trends and best practices to ensure that our community stayed relevant and engaged.
